provided at time of confirmation. Every effort will be made
to adhere to the specifics shown herein and in the itinerary;
however, circumstances may necessitate alterations. All fares
for cruises and cruisetours and/or air/sea or other charges
as well as schedules, port calls, hours of arrival and departure
and special programs are subject to change without prior notice.
Terrapin Travel shall not be required to refund any portion
of fares or other charges nor make any other compensation under
these circumstances. Terrapin Travel is not responsible for
the change or cancellation of any personally scheduled event
because of alterations to the itinerary of any cruise or land
tour. Any cruise may be cancelled by the Cruise Line. Rates
are published herein and no verbal quote to the contrary will
be honored. Terrapin Travel reserves the right to collect any
fare increase in effect from the cruise line at the time of
sailing even if the fare has already been paid in full. Terrapin
Travel is not responsible for damages occuring once you leave
this website through advertisement links or any other link from
